String of Hearts - Ceropegia Woodii is a trailing plant from southern Africa.

This quick growing plant makes a unique and impressive hanging plant with its long, thin vines and beautiful heart-shaped leaves. As a type of succulent, the soil should be left to dry out between watering. It is best kept in a bright spot with up to a few hours of direct sunlight per day.

Water – Give the plant a thorough soaking once every 2 weeks. Plants need to be dry before watering.
