The first step is to submit an initial enquiry form, found on our Weddings Page - or click HERE. We will then confirm with you whether we are available and from there we will book a consultation!
Once we've had our consultation phone call we will put together a formal proposal within a couple of weeks, and then from there once approved we take a 50% retainer which secures your date!
Then we will connect in the months leading up to your wedding date to confirm there has been no changes and get everything finalized.
Any additions or changes need to be made a minimum of 4-6 weeks before your wedding date.
4 weeks before your wedding your final payment is due. At this time we will check in with you or your coordinator/planner for day of timelines.
The week leading up to and day of we will take care of everything floral related to make your day as beautiful as possible!

Generally we require a minimum spend of $5,000 for our full service weddings during peak season (May - October) on weekends. On average our couples spend in the $6500-10,000 range.
However, we absolutely love intimate weddings that might not fall into this budget range. So if you're planning a intimate or elopement style wedding that might not require full service please reach out to us to discuss options to see what might be feasible.
There is a lot of variability when it comes to wedding flower prices. Most of our couples booking our full service spend between $6000 – $10000 on their wedding flowers.
We generally suggest 15% of your total wedding budget. However if you desire your florals be a significant component of the day, we recommend allocating closer to 25-30% of your total wedding budget to them.
Yes, they sure are! Some flowers have very specific time frame for their availability, others are more readily available.
Beyond seasonality - flowers are dependant on specific growing seasons and our unpredictable weather and changing temperatures can cause issues. As a general rule we do not promise specific blooms due to this, that's not to say we won't move mountains to get your favourite flower however sometimes it is just out of our control!
Absolutely Not!
We are happy to get creative for you! However, we do generally suggest you do a little research about the types of flowers and designs you like. There are so many beautiful options when it comes to the design of your flowers and even just a couple of inspiration photos can point us in the right direction!
We suggest 6-12 months, but so long as we are available we can be flexible with a shorter planning period!
We recommend paying your initial 50% payment as early as possible as we only take a limited number of weddings each month and only one per weekend.
Once your deposit is paid, we can sort through changes and revisions to the order details. Nothing needs to be set in stone until 6 weeks prior to your wedding.
Absolutely!
We understand that inspiration develops over time and ideas change as your wedding day nears. You are more than welcome to add items as long as they are formally requested more than 6 weeks prior to your wedding day.
Of course! For full service weddings we will deliver and set up all your flowers personally and coordinate the time and location with you during the planning process.
We sure can! Depending on the size and number of arrangements some couples make the decision to gift their arrangements, have family bring them home, or keep them at the venue for a brunch the next day. However if you'd prefer we come back to the venue after the party and tear down we can, there will be an additional charge for this which is quoted on a case by case basis based on timing and location.
