Below is a summary of what you can expect to receive from us within your wedding flower budget. At Living Fresh, we understand that budget and prices are where most couples like to start when planning their wedding flowers. These price breakdowns are based on our most commonly requested items. Please reach out if you need any help going through and understanding these.
Different local venues have their own policies regarding set-up and tear-down requirements. This has an impact on installation/set up fees, these will be included in our formal proposal to you.
You will receive a formal proposal after you submit our online Wedding Flower Questionnaire, which you will be sent once you have enquired with us. There is a lot of variability when it comes to wedding flower prices.
Our minimum spend is $5000, most of our couples spend between $6000 – $10000 on their wedding flowers. We suggest 10-15% of your total wedding budget. However if you desire your florals be a significant component of the day, we recommend allocating closer to 25-30% of your total wedding budget to them.
Some may also spend less depending on their personal preferences. Remember, it’s your special day and it should always reflect your vibe and style!
$5000 to $6000
Personals for you and your bridal party, modest ceremony arbour spray, registry table arrangement, florals for welcome and seating chart signs, beautiful guest table arrangements for reception and head table.
$6000 to $8000
Personals for you and your bridal party, an abundant ceremony installation, registry table arrangement, florals for welcome and seating chart signs, an abundant head table arrangement, stunning guest table centrepieces, and a decor florals for the reception and cocktail hour.
$8000 and $10000
All of the above, including an abundant ceremony backdrop, abundant full bridal table, stunningly abundant tablescapes and centrepieces for the guest tables and head table, and a mantelpiece.
All of the above, including an elaborate and abundant ceremony backdrop, a mantelpiece and hanging installation.
Event Production costs will be a separate line item on your quote and will differ depending on the logistics of your day. These costs are made up of the following:
PREPARATION - QUOTING, CONSULTATIONS, ORDERING & PURCHASING FLOWERS & SUPPLIES, HANDLING & PROCESSING, DESIGNING THE ARRANGEMENTS.
WEDDING DAY - TRAVEL COSTS/DELIVERY, ON-SITE DESIGNING & INSTALLATION, DESIGNING AND TIDYING, LABOUR FOR DESIGN STAFF.
TEAR DOWN - REMOVAL OF ALL FLORAL ITEMS AND VASE COLLECTION AT THE END OF THE EVENT, EITHER AT MIDNIGHT OR EARLY NEXT MORNING.
CEREMONY + STATEMENT FEATURES
We love designing in abundance & highlighting the items that make the most impact!
Tip: Allocate a large amount of your floral budget to areas that get photographed the most, this is usually the ceremony space. Having an abundant back drop that creates the wow factor is something you'll cherish in photos forever!
RECEPTION + TABLES
Your reception space is an area where your guests will spend most of their time. Depending on your budget, you can create a super romantic feel with both abundant table arrangements and simple, bud vases.
Tip: If you're wanting your arrangements & bud vases to look even more abundant, add a variety of glistening candles amongst them.
SMALLER FLORAL PIECES
If you're wanting to focus more of your budget towards the bigger items, we would suggest rethinking the little items; (boutonnieres, flower girl petals and crowns, corsages, crowns, throw bouquet etc) These small items add up!
Tip: Spend your money where it counts! And if the small pieces fit within the budget, thats a bonus!
