DELIVERY POLICY
We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays. Except on major holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
All deliveries have a minimum spend of $50, prior to adding on the delivery fee.
For same-day local Kitchener-Waterloo deliveries orders must be received before 12:00pm, Tuesday to Friday and before 11:00am on Saturdays. Orders received after our cut off time will be delivered on the next day possible. Deliveries outside of St. Jacobs, Kitchener and Waterloo will be delivered on the next day possible, no same day out of town deliveries.
All our deliveries are contactless to the front door only. Our drivers will not be entering apartments or office buildings so the person receiving the flowers must be home and able to meet our driver at the front door of their building.
All deliveries require a phone number for the person(s) receiving the flowers, as it is our policy to call to arrange a delivery time-frame for all orders. Please be sure to provide us with a correct phone number for the recipient as we cannot make deliveries without a phone number. If the correct information is not provided your order could be delayed and Living Fresh is not responsible for the delay.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Recipients are typically asked for a four hour window that they will be home to receive that order. If you are requesting a delivery to a business please provide us with the businesses operating hours and the delivery will be made within those hour. No time guarantee on busy floral holidays such as Valentines and Mother’s Day, Christmas.
In the case a delivery is made and the recipient is not home or delayed, the order may be left at the front door of the house. Please note that in the heat of the summer and during the winter when temperatures are below zero degrees flowers and plants cannot be left outdoors.
If multiple delivery attempts are required the sender will be charged our delivery fee for each attempt.
In the rare case that the recipient asks to pick up the order rather than have it delivered; the value of delivery will be added to the arrangement in flower stems.
No out of town deliveries the week of floral holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day weekend.
We deliver flowers to Kitchener ($12), Waterloo ($12), Conestogo ($12), Elmira ($12), St.Clements/Heidelberg ($12), St. Agatha, Petersburg and Mannheim ($15), Breslau and Bloomingdale ($15), Wellesley ($20), Elora and Fergus ($25), Cambridge ($30), New Hamburg and area ($30), Guelph ($30).
Free delivery only within the Village of St. Jacobs.
All sales are final.
VALENTINE'S DAY DELIVERY POLICY
Please note we cannot guarantee specific time frames for delivery on February 13th and February 14th due to the high volume of orders and inclement weather conditions.
Be sure to include the recipient's phone number and send the order to an address where someone will be present to receive the flowers, someone must be home to receive the order.
Due to a high volume of orders, we cannot accept any out-of-town deliveries February 13th and 14th - out of town orders will be refunded.
Local St. Jacobs, Conestogo, Kitchener, Waterloo, St. Clements, Heidelberg and Elmira deliveries only.
