Rubber Plant

Rubber Plant, Ficus elastica, is an easy to grow houseplant. The plant has dark leaves with a red undertone, and bright red stems.

They prefer to grow in a spot with indirect bright light, or partially filtered light. They do not like direct sunlight. If your Rubber Plant is losing leafs, it may be in an area that is too dark or has a draft. Rubber Plants require a very moist but well-drained environment, a good balance of light and shade, and a varying fertilizer regimen over the course of its life. Water your plant when the top inch of soil is dry.

Watering - Give the plant a thorough soaking once every 1 to 1.5 weeks.

Light - Bright, indirect light.

Measurements - Plant is in a 10" grower's pot.
